Miami heat

Last night was Friday 13th and girls night out! No black cats were involved but you know you've had a good night when you wake up with sore feet, tunes echoing in your ear and a hazy memory. 

By this time of the year we are all exhausted and in need of a holiday. Unfortunately running away from our day to day lives would be unacceptable so we decided on the perfect place to spend the night, "Little Miss Miami". A Miami holiday away from Miami! After it's successful Fringe Festival pop up bar, owners of "Little Miss Mexico" cleverly opened up another bar and eatery offering the taste of all things Miami. And the whole of Adelaide is loving it!

But first up ... pre drinks and nibbles with a few of my lovely ladies. 

After chatting, laughing and a few rounds of drinks, we wondered over to Little Miss Miami to indulge on their selection of treats and cocktails. Having visited Little Miss Miami on several occasions, their cocktails haven't pleased me as much as their food. With that said, they did surprise me with their new cocktail "Charlie Chaplin" made with their homemade apricot brandy. Delicious in every way!

You now know how our night started and as for the rest of the night .... it was spent dancing our way at Distil.
